To Register: You may choose to download our registration form from capitoldancecompany.com or drop by our facility inside Princeton Plaza Mall 1375 Blossom Hill Rd Suite # 4 San Jose CA 95118 (Next to Jim Nelson Photography). Complete the registration form and return form with tuition payment and annual registration fee to Capitol Dance Company at the above address. If you need assistance please don’t hesitate to call our office at 408-265-7368. Registration Fee of $30.00 per family/dancer is due upon registration. This fee covers our calendar year which runs from September through July Tuition: Family Rates are the total amount of weekly classes in which you or your family participates. Prices are based on a 20 week semester. By registering you are committing to 20 weeks of dance instruction. “Installment Tuition” is in 5 equal payments and is due on the 1st of each month. We will add a $20 late fee if tuition is paid after the 10th .You may also pay your semester tuition by the quarter (2 payments) one at registration and one on November 1st If you choose one payment for the entire semester it is due at time of registration. There is a $25 fee on all returned checks. We also accept Visa & MasterCard.
